ABOUT DHYANA SOPHIA

She has more than 10 years practicing and facilitating aquatic therapies trained in different techniques of aquatic bodywork like janzu agua hara watsu thai massage cranio sacral qiqong and qiyo multiversal yoga.

Also a certified somatic attachment therapist she has develop her own technique and her first training was in 2014 also trained spa therapist from the grand velas twice hotel and piedra de ha in chetumal.

Her aproach is in the embodiment and emotional integration of what the water brings to the surface trauma informed and somatics supported by other elements to balance the alchemical process of the elemental medicine within and without.
